On the day of your event, our staff will transport and set up the RaceCar Simulator at your location. They will remain on-site to provide help and support for anyone eager to drive the RaceCar Simulator. After the event, our team will disassemble the RaceCar Simulator and ensure everything is left in order.
How much does it cost to rent a RaceCar Sim?
Option #1 (Event Pays 100% of cost)
Free for drivers. The Event Host pays the entire cost upfront, allowing each user to experience the thrill of the RaceCar Simulator for rent at no charge on the day of the event. This option is particularly popular for Weddings, providing unique Event Entertainment.
Option #2 (Event Pays 50% of cost)
The Event Host pays half of the cost upfront for the Event Entertainment. During the event, drivers can enjoy a discounted price to Rent RaceCar Simulator for an exhilarating experience.
Option #3 (Each driver pays individually)
During the event, users pay for each ride on the RaceCar Simulator for rent. The Event Host simply organizes this exciting event entertainment by ensuring the RaceCar Simulator is available for guests to enjoy.

Our motion simulator gives riders a full 6 Degrees of Freedom (Heave, Pitch, Roll, Yaw, Surge, and Sway) experience. The will fell the simulator lift and drop the front, rear, left, and right side independently. The front and rear slide, left and right and right moves forward and back along with the simulator moves forward and back. Our simulator is the highest level of simulatoin expericne available. Our RaceCar Simulator gives 6" of travel, vibration, three 55" TV monitors, wind, with surround sound. Each driver will feel like they just raced a real RaceCar!

Our RaceCar Simulator is a sophisticated system designed to replicate the experience of driving a real race car as accurately as possible. Our RaceCar is the best money can buy with 6" of travel in all 6 degrees of freedom (Heave, Pitch, Roll, Surge, and Front/Rear Traction Loss). Our RaceCar Simulator is Full Motion with Haptics including surround sound, seat belt tensioners, and three 55 inch curved TV screens. The user will feel the turns and dips of the RaceCar while feeling the vibration in the steering wheel and seat all while the seat belt tightens during braking. Each driver will have an opportunity to go around the race track five times. Their fastest score will be documented and scored against all the other drivers from the event. The fastest driver of the event will receive a custom trophy at the end of the event. An average driver will be in the RaceCar Simulator for about 5 minutes. Once done the driver can re-enter the line for another chance.
Yes, we have the ability to allow your users to try our Helicopter and or Airplane Simulator> The reason we don't actively advertise those two features is typically it takes a user several attempts to properly fly the helicopter simulator or airplane simulator and we don't want your users to get frustrated. The RaceCar Simulator is fairly simple to use so that is why that is our main objective when offering you options to entering your guests.
We are located in Fond du Lac, WI, but we can bring a RaceCar Simulator to any event around the country. Simply select from the drop down during checkout so we can bring the RaceCar Simulator to your event.
The screen will tell the driver when to tap shift (no manual shift needed). Our staff will also be there to coach and help each driver achieve their fastest time possible. Each driver will have unlimited opportunities to come back through the line and drive again.
