A golf simulator is an indoor system with a large screen, a hitting mat, and tracking technology (like high-speed cameras or radar) to analyze your swing and ball flight. Software then simulates the shot's trajectory onto the screen, allowing you to play rounds on virtual golf courses, analyze your performance data (like speed, spin, and launch angle), and practice your skills in any weather conditions.
Our RaceCar Simulator is a sophisticated system designed to replicate the experience of driving a real race car as accurately as possible. Our RaceCar is the best money can buy with 6" of travel in all 6 degrees of freedom (Heave, Pitch, Roll, Surge, and Front/Rear Traction Loss). Our RaceCar Simulator is Full Motion with Haptics including surround sound, seat belt tensioners, and three 55 inch curved TV screens. The user will feel the turns and dips of the RaceCar while feeling the vibration in the steering wheel and seat all while the seat belt tightens during braking. The user will exit the RaceCar seat feeling like they actually raced a real RaceCar.
Our motion simulator gives riders a full 6 Degrees of Freedom (Heave, Pitch, Roll, Yaw, Surge, and Sway) experience. The will fell the simulator lift and drop the front, rear, left, and right side independently. The front and rear slide, left and right and right moves forward and back along with the simulator moves forward and back. Our simulator is the highest level of simulatoin expericne available. Our RaceCar Simulator gives 6" of travel, vibration, three 55" TV monitors, wind, with surround sound. Each driver will feel like they just raced a real RaceCar!
No, having one RaceCar Simulator at the event is enough because each driver is scored and timed and a leaderboard is shown on a TV screen for all to see.
RaceCar Simulator: Each driver's time around the track and the fastest time scored during the event is the winner.
Golf Simulator: Each participant receives five swings in our "Closest To The Hole Contest.", but you are welcome to play an entire round of golf or whatever you think is best for your event.
To own a RaceCar Simulator is expensive (The one we bring to events costs over $100,000), but to rent one is surprisingly inexpensive because the cost is spread out over all the users during your event. It is not uncommon for hundreds of drivers to race during an event with many drivers electing for multiple chances trying to improve their time and advance on the Digital Leaderboard. Same is true for our Golf Simulator.
No. Our staff will be at the event to set up, help users, and disassemble the Simulator allowing you to enjoy the event.
We can rent our Simulator to Weddings, Bachelor Parties, Graduation Parties, Prom Parties, Birthday Parties, or really anything where people will be gathered.
Our Simulators can be set up outside, as long as there is sufficient electrical power (standard 110V outlets found in a typical house kitchen or bedroom) and the weather is favorable.
Our Elite RaceCar Simulator has 6 Degrees of Freedom Motion (Heave, Pitch, Surge, Front/Rear Traction Loss. Our Golf Simulator is a Protee VX Golf Simulator (best in the industry) and our enclosure is a free standing 2" pipe (with both the projector and monitor mounted overhead) with black canvas for a professional look.
It is not only fun, but it is exhilerating to drive a RaceCar Simulator. Many of our riders can not believe the life like feel of driving a RaceCar, but the best thing is if the user has a crash there is no cost to fix because the simulator resets for the next driver.
If you go to a video game place (Mineshaft, Dave & Buster's, or Chuck E. Cheese) you basically ride those games. In our RaceCar Simulator you actually drive the RaceCar and feel all the turns, acceleration, braking, etc. of a real RaceCar! You even feel the wind in our RaceCar Simulator!
If you can reach the adjustable pedals you can drive our RaceCar Simulator. Young people as young as 8 years old and as old as 80 years old have enjoyed our RaceCar Simulator.
Each driver will have an opportunity to go around the race track five times. Their fastest score will be documented and scored against all the other drivers from the event. The fastest driver of the event will receive a custom trophy at the end of the event. An average driver will be in the RaceCar Simulator for about 5 minutes. Once done the driver can re-enter the line for another chance.
Yes, we have the ability to allow your users to try our Helicopter and or Airplane Simulator. The reason we don't actively advertise those two features is typically it takes a user several attempts to properly fly the helicopter simulator or airplane simulator and we don't want your users to get frustrated. The RaceCar Simulator is fairly simple to use so that is why that is our main objective when offering you options to entertain your guests.
We are located in Fond du Lac, WI, but we can bring a RaceCar Simulator to any event around the country. Simply select from the drop down during checkout so we can bring the RaceCar Simulator to your event.
The screen will tell the driver when to tap shift (no manual shift needed). Our staff will also be there to coach and help each driver achieve their fastest time possible. Each driver will have unlimited opportunities to come back through the line and drive again.
We require RaceCar Simulator drivers to have shoes/sandals and a shirt. We have golf clubs, but golfers are welcome to bring their own clubs.

How much does it cost to rent a RaceCar or golf Sim?
Option #1 (Event Pays 100% of cost)
Free for all users. The Event Host pays the entire cost upfront, allowing each user to use the simulator at no charge on the day of the event. This option is particularly popular for Corporate Events and Weddings, providing unique Event Entertainment.
Option #2 (Event Pays 50% of cost)
The Event Host pays half of the cost upfront for the Event Entertainment. During the event, users can enjoy a discounted price to use the simulator. This is a popular choice for Prom and Homecoming Dances.
Option #3 (Each driver pays individually)
During the event, users pay to use the RaceCar Simulator or Golf Simulator. The Event Host simply organizes this exciting event entertainment by ensuring the RaceCar Simulator or Golf Simulator is available for guests to enjoy. This is a popular choice for Sporting Events where a lot of people are attending.

Here are a few of the sensations you get driving our RaceCar Simulator: Vibration of the steering wheel as you drive over over bumps, the tightening of the seat belt as you brake around a turn, feeling the seat shake as you go off course, feel the A/C on your face from the vents, you hear the roar of the engine as you shift, feel yourself get pushed back in your seat as you accelerate. This RaceCar is not just fun...it is the most fun thing you have ever done!
Real RaceCar feel
When renting the Golf Simulator, you are welcome to do whatever you want with it, but for events we have found "Closest To The Hole Contest" works well where each participant gets 5 swings and the top golfer can be declared the winner at the end of the event or the top golfers can all come back for a final swing for the ultimate winner at the end of the evening.
Compete against other guests at the event
During the event each driver will have five laps around the track. Each lap is electronically timed and the best time is recorded. The Digital Leaderboard is updated to show the best times. The driver with the fastest time at the end of the event is presented with a trophy.
